Job summary

Leaf Home is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to cover a defined Manitoba/Saskatchewan territory. You will educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement during street-side inspections and qualify opportunities for the sales team to follow up with in-person product demonstrations.

The role requires daily outdoor work, driving your own vehicle, and evenings/weekends availability to meet targets. Strong communication and customer-focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for the outside sales team by covering an assigned territory daily, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Use a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up and scheduling product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to the field management team and build collaborative relationships with other sales reps.
• Represent Leaf Home products professionally to ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
• Work outdoors daily, exposed to the elements.
• Be able to walk and stand for extended periods.

Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+

As a Leaf Home Territory Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.

• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
