Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to educate homeowners on LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. The role involves conducting quick home inspections from the street and identifying homeowner challenges Leaf Home can solve.

You will generate leads in your territory, use consultative selling to explain benefits, and coordinate with the sales team for in-person demonstrations. Outdoor work and extended standing are required daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly motivated to sell and meet/exceed goals.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for an assigned territory daily, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes.
• Educate customers on Leaf Home products and gather information for follow-up and product demonstrations.
• Report daily results to field management and collaborate with other sales representatives.
• Represent Leaf Home professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Work outdoors daily and be able to walk/stand for extended periods.

Target earnings: $55,000 to $100,000+

As a Leaf Home Territory Sales Representative, you will provide potential customers with your expertise and educate them on the benefits of LeafFilter gutter protection and gutter replacement. Through a quick home inspection from the street, we will teach you how to identify potential homeowner challenges for which Leaf Home has the solution.

Primary Responsibilities

• Generate sales leads for our outside sales team by covering an assigned territory each day, canvassing and engaging prospective customers at their homes to discuss Leaf Home products.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach to educate consumers on the benefits of Leaf Home products and gather information for the sales team to follow up and schedule an in-person product demonstration.
• Report daily results to the field management team and develop collaborative working relationships with other sales representatives.
• Ensure high-quality and accurate representation of Leaf Home products by representing the company professionally and ensuring that potential customers have an exceptional experience.
• While performing the duties of this job, you must be able to work outdoors daily with exposure to the elements.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods is required.

Experience And Minimum Qualifications
