Job summary

CFIB in Grande Prairie, AB, is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to build and grow relationships with local small and medium businesses.

You will manage your own sales territory with autonomy and structured training, earning a base salary plus uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales and are comfortable working independently and driving results.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Grande Prairie area.
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs.
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking.
• Build long term relationships with members.
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support.
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development.
