Canadian Federation of Independent Business (CFIB) is hiring a Territory Sales Representative for Edmonton, AB. You will manage and grow your local sales territory, meeting with small and medium-sized business owners to identify needs and present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and ongoing support.

This role offers uncapped commissions, monthly bonuses, and a clear path for career growth in a flexible, autonomous environment with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Edmonton area.
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs.
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking.
• Build long term relationships with members.
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support.
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development.
