Job summary

Wilsonart Western Canada is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our Winnipeg team. You will promote Wilsonart products to cabinet, millwork and building products customers, develop territory plans, and build lasting relationships with fabricators, dealers, and builders.

The role requires 3+ years of outside sales, CRM experience, and travel across the territory. Bachelor’s degree preferred; background in decorative surfaces or construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience.
• Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory activities to achieve sales and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and strategies.
• Forecast sales and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Create demand with fabricators, cabinet makers, millwork companies, dealers, and contractors.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new customer relationships while growing existing accounts.
• Maintain partnerships with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service, leadership).
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Stay informed on Wilsonart products, competitors, and industry trends.
• Participate in sales meetings, training, trade shows, and events.
• Conduct regular customer visits and territory prospecting.
• Travel within the territory; occasional overnight travel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
