Job summary

Wilsonart is seeking a Specification Representative to drive commercial growth by securing and managing specifications for all Wilsonart products across the assigned territory in Canada. You’ll influence design decisions as a trusted advisor to architects and designers.

You will collaborate with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners, track opportunities in the CRM, and deliver product trainings at industry events. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, specification development, architecture, or related industries preferred.
• Ability to travel across the territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with architects, designers, specification writers, facility planners within the territory.
• Drive specification adoption and ensure conversion through close collaboration with sales, distribution, and fabrication partners.
• Provide expert product, design, and application guidance tailored to project requirements.
• Track project opportunities and specification-to-sale conversion using Wilsonart’s CRM system.
• Deliver professional presentations and product training to design firms and influencers.
