Job summary

Würth Canada is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to cover the Brampton and Woodbridge territory. You will deliver in-person sales and service, promote Würth products, and grow the customer base while maintaining existing accounts. The role requires a driver’s license, strong communication, and comfort using a CRM on an iPad.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, a clear driver’s abstract, and a clear criminal record.
• Strong alignment with the company’s Corporate Values (collaboration, integrity, respect, achievement).
• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• Comfort utilizing an iPad to access Microsoft suite, CRM system, and other software applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional in-person sales and service experience in Brampton and Woodbridge territories.
• Manage assigned sales territories by growing existing accounts and prospecting new customers.
• Drive personal and professional development to stay current on product and sales strategies.
• Utilize CRM for order placement on a mobile device (iPad).
• Promote omnichannel sales approach (e-shop, telesales, solution selling).
• Contribute to a high-performance team and exceed monthly targets.
