Job summary

Würth Canada, a Würth Group company, is seeking an outside sales representative to drive growth in the St. Catharines area (St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland).

You will build relationships, present Würth’s value proposition, manage the assigned territory, and use our CRM and mobile tools to place orders. Requirements include a high-school diploma, plus post-secondary education or 1-3 years of relevant experience; strong communication and presentation skills; valid driver’s license and clean

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills.
• High-school diploma is required.
• Post-secondary education in a related field, or 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license, clear driver’s abstract, and clean criminal record.
• Alignment with corporate values: collaboration, integrity, respect, achievement.
• Comfort using an iPad to access Microsoft Office, CRM, and other software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person sales and service in the St. Catharines area and champion Würth’s value proposition.
• Manage the assigned sales territory (St. Catharines, Thorold, Welland) and grow sales from existing customers while prospecting new ones.
• Utilize CRM and omnichannel sales approaches (e-shop, telesales, solutions) to create a customer-centric experience.
• Demonstrate Würth culture and high-performance attributes daily and achieve targets.
