Job summary

CFIB is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in Charlottetown to manage and grow a local sales territory by meeting with small and medium-sized business owners and presenting CFIB solutions that deliver value and savings.

The role offers daytime hours in a field-based position with autonomy, opportunities to build long-term relationships, generate leads, and advance through coaching and leadership development. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Charlottetown area.
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs.
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking.
• Build long term relationships with members.
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support.
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development.
