CFIB is Canada’s largest association dedicated to small and medium sized businesses. We’re seeking a motivated Territory Sales Representative to cover the Tillsonburg/Simcoe area, managing a local territory with autonomy and strong earning potential.

OTE $85,000–$95,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses); top performers exceed $135K+. You’ll meet business owners, present CFIB solutions, and build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth.
• Comfortable working in a field-based role.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Tillsonburg/Simcoe area
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
• Build long term relationships with members
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $135,000+.
