Job summary

Canadian Federation of Independent Business is seeking a Bilingual Territory Sales Representative to cover the Chaleur/Péninsule Acadienne area. You will manage a defined territory, meet local business owners, and tailor CFIB solutions to deliver value while actively generating leads.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000-$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $135,000+
