CFIB is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to cover the Saint John area. The role focuses on engaging local small and medium-sized businesses, presenting CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support.

You will work a daytime, weekday schedule with independence, benefit from uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses, and enjoy real work-life balance with no evening or weekend selling requirements.

Formación

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and able to work independently.
• Coachable mindset with interest in long-term career growth.
• Field-based role; CRM/digital platforms experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Saint John team.

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
