Job summary

Canadian Federation of Independent Business is seeking a bilingual Territory Sales Representative for the Chaleur/Péninsule Acadienne region. The role focuses on local businesses with autonomy and uncapped earning potential, including monthly bonuses and a base plus commission.

Expect a 1–3 year sales background, strong communication, and a drive to build relationships without evening or weekend shifts. Vehicle access and CRM experience are assets for this field-based position.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Motivated, goal-oriented and comfortable working independently.
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Chaleur/Péninsule Acadienne area.
• Meet with small and medium-sized business owners to understand their needs.
• Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking.
• Build long term relationships with members.
• Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support.
• Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development.

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Bilingual Territory Sales Representative to join our Chaleur/Péninsule Acadienne team.

• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $135,000+
