Job summary

Halter Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to drive new business growth and customer success across the Northern region of Manitoba.

You will travel frequently to ranches, farms, and industry events, acting as Halter’s on-the-ground representative while collaborating with Product, Support, and Customer Onboarding teams. You will own the territory, build relationships with cattle associations, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction from onboarding through deployment of Halter’s virtual fencing

Qualifications

• Experience selling to agricultural clients or SaaS for field ops is a plus.
• Ability to manage a large territory and hit growth targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline in the Northern Manitoba region.
• Lead in-field sales activities, including customer meetings on ranches and farms.
• Expand opportunities by growing existing customer relationships and upsell Halter solutions.
• Hit ambitious sales targets and manage today’s deals while planning for next month.
• Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and deployment with cross-functional teams.
