Job summary

CNH Industrial in Manitoba is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to lead dealer relations, forecast retail demand, and drive retail results in the Manitoba and Southeast Saskatchewan region. Ideal location is Brandon, MB; travel at least 50% is required.

You will collaborate with New Holland and Case IH dealers, educate staff, and coordinate promotions while ensuring inventory levels and strong customer solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Finance, Economics or similar.
• Associates' degree with 3+ years in sales/leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years in sales/leadership.
• 5+ years of sales experience selling direct goods via wholesale dealer channel.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships between CNH brands and independent dealers to plan forecasting and retail.
• Secure wholesale orders using sales data to advise dealer principals and store managers.
• Lead dealer retail sales activities and set forecasts to drive results.
• Spend time with customers to support dealer activities and gather market feedback.
• Identify underperforming markets and propose action plans with dealers and management.
• Educate dealers and staff on product offerings through learning sessions and demonstrations.
