The impact you will have:
As Territory Sales Leader, you lead our Territory Account Executives to success with daily coaching and strategic insights. With your help, they will expand our portfolio of services with existing clients and grow their book of business within an assigned territory. Working in the highly competitive B2B technology industry, you are laser-focused on ensuring reps hit KPIs, achieve plans, and build pipelines. You also shadow calls, help set targets, and hire winners, fostering a high-energy, motivational environment. If reps are underperforming, you lead them to overcome obstacles and grow. You also embrace our customer engagement model by pushing your sellers to bring fresh, compelling, and tailored offerings to customers.
