The impact you will have:

As Territory Sales Leader, you lead our Territory Account Executives to success with daily coaching and strategic insights. With your help, they will expand our portfolio of services with existing clients and grow their book of business within an assigned territory. Working in the highly competitive B2B technology industry, you are laser-focused on ensuring reps hit KPIs, achieve plans, and build pipelines. You also shadow calls, help set targets, and hire winners, fostering a high-energy, motivational environment. If reps are underperforming, you lead them to overcome obstacles and grow. You also embrace our customer engagement model by pushing your sellers to bring fresh, compelling, and tailored offerings to customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Use your in-depth sales expertise and business acumen to foster new relationships with our partners, uncover new opportunities, and set the larger vision for your team.
  • Analyze sales forecasts, spot trends, and extract concrete insights from highly analytical, data-driven reports.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our industry, always eager to learn more about our customers’ needs and motivations.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in the technology industry.
  • 2+ years of sales experience with a technology reseller, vendor, or distributor, in a telephone-based sales environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable impact, be analytical, and consistently meet quotas.
  • Excellent written, oral, and digital communication skills.
  • Additional leadership experience, such as sports coaching or volunteering, is considered.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
