Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager - Underground & Tree Care Products for our Vernon location. The Territory Manager will drive sales of Ditch Witch trenchers/plows, mini-skid steers, vac trailers, directional drills, Morbark brush chippers, Rayco stump grinders, and other Underground & Tree Care products within your assigned territory.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Sell both new and used Underground & Tree Care equipment within the designated Area Of Responsibility (AOR).
  2. Travel across the entire AOR to effectively cover all current and prospect account locations.
  3. Engage with growing our customer base by:
  • Increasing our share of existing customer spend
  • Acquiring new customers
  • Identifying Key Strategic Customers (existing & new) and executing growth plans
  • Building strong relationships
  • Stay informed about customers’ business activities and needs.
  • Prepare and maintain customer status reports, including:
    • Sales call activities
    • Customer lists (current and prospect accounts)
  • Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for your AOR.
  • Maintain current product knowledge and industry (competitive) models.
  • Complete all sales documentation accurately and promptly.
  • Manage travel requirements and expenses efficiently.
  • Perform other projects/duties as required.
