Job description

Martket Health is expanding its high-performance team with Territory Managers to drive the launch and adoption of leading-edge vascular products across Canada. This is an opportunity to help bring advanced, minimally invasive technologies to Canadian hospitals and play a key role in improving patient outcomes in vascular care, including aortic, peripheral, and coronary interventions.

Our portfolio includes several leading medical devices that are pre-licensed in Canada, including products that are already market leaders internationally.

As Territory Manager, you’ll lead commercial efforts in your region, combining clinical expertise with strategic sales execution. You’ll work closely with physicians, nurses, and hospital teams to introduce and support advanced vascular products in operating rooms, angiography suites, and interventional labs.

We are hiring for three field-based roles :

  • Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) – Aortic Intervention (1 role)
  • Western Canada (BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba) – Peripheral & Coronary Intervention (1 role)
  • Quebec / Atlantic – Aortic Intervention (1 role – bilingual French / English required)
  • Quebec / Atlantic – Peripheral & Coronary Intervention (1 role – bilingual French / English required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary clinical expert on vascular products, providing education, case support, and procedural guidance
  • Deliver hands-on training, in-services, and workshops to interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, and cath lab teams
  • Support hospital staff during live cases to ensure safe, effective device use
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital stakeholders, and procurement teams
  • Collaborate with hospitals and training sites to optimize product adoption
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
  • Maintain accurate territory activity, forecasts, and CRM reporting
  • Track expenses and submit accurate monthly expense reports in accordance with company guidelines
  • Support product evaluations, forecast demand, and manage inventory with internal teams
  • Work with internal operations teams to support customer service, logistics, and regulatory needs
  • Represent Martket at clinical conferences, industry events, and educational sessions
  • Identify and support research initiatives for industry sharing and collaboration in Canada and internationally
  • Share clinical insights with marketing and product teams to guide future innovation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field; a master’s degree is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device sales, with clinical support experience in vascular, interventional radiology, or endovascular specialties
  • Experience providing clinical support in high-acuity hospital settings (e.g., IR, cath lab, OR)
  • Strong knowledge of vascular procedures and care pathways
  • Proven ability to build strategic relationships with KOLs and healthcare decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital collaboration platforms
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a dynamic territory
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work extended hours as needed
  • Bilingual (French / English) required for Quebec / Atlantic Canada role
