Join Ecolab’s sales team as a Hospitality Territory Service and Sales Manager covering Ottawa and the surrounding areas. This outside sales position offers comprehensive chemical products and solutions to customers in the foodservice and hospitality industries. After completing initial training, you will be assigned to an established territory of customers, including restaurants, hotels, schools, long-term care facilities, and more. You will serve as the face of Ecolab, providing recommendations on advanced cleaning and sanitation processes to enhance guest experiences and promote safer, cleaner environments.

What You Will Do
- Use mechanical skills to install, repair, and maintain ware washing, laundry, and dispensing equipment, strengthening customer relationships
- Ensure facilities are operational and staff are trained on safe equipment use
- Grow sales by providing training, mechanical service, and product demonstrations
- Prospect for new accounts and build Ecolab’s brand in your market
- Learn customer systems and develop tailored cleaning and sanitation solutions
- Adjust your schedule to meet customer needs

Weekend Emergency Coverage: 1 in 10 weekends

Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma required; post-secondary preferred
- At least 1 year of outside sales experience
- Willingness to be on call during off-hours and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Ability to travel to the US for training/meetings
- No immigration sponsorship available
Physical Demands
- Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
- Manipulating heavy equipment at least 50% of the time
- Bending, climbing, working on ladders at least 50% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales
- Industry experience in food service, laundry, hospitality, or pool/spa
- Mechanical problem-solving skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
