Job summary

ORS Canada Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in Mississauga to drive sales growth across Safety, Industrial, Welding, and Janitorial products throughout Canada.

You will develop relationships with accounts and key decision-makers, schedule outbound calls, and provide promotions and product information while leveraging internal systems to track activities. The role requires a results-driven, energetic, and detail-oriented professional who can navigate a fast-paced environment and collaborate

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or 2 years of similar industry experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop & maintain good relationships with accounts and key decision makers.
  • Generate outbound calls to prospective customers and identify up-sell opportunities.
  • Schedule outbound calls to provide promotion details, new product information, and follow-up.
  • Utilize internal systems to identify daily tasks, schedule calls, log customer information, monitor sales results.
  • Complete account profile information and sales call details.
  • Develop email distribution lists for account base and build campaigns.
  • Enter orders, provide price quotes, and assist customers with order issues.
  • Formulate and develop bid and booking packages for sales team.
  • Monthly sales reports.
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer / distributor relationships.
  • Grow account sales and develop account strategy.
  • Use Proton AI to record and report all calls.
  • Use Proton AI to Schedule & Make outbound calls that will generate sales.
  • Work with Field Sales and Marketing to maximize sales.
  • Executes outbound calls / emails to assigned accounts to grow sales.
  • Develop relationships with customers' decision makers.

Territory Manager
Primary Purpose:

Territory Manager position must be results driven, energetic and detail oriented. The goal is to help grow our sales of our Safety, Industrial, Welding and Janitorial/Sanitation products throughout Canada.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop & maintain good relationships with accounts and key decision makers.
  • Generate outbound calls to prospective customers and identify up-sell opportunities.
  • Schedule outbound calls to provide promotion details, new product information, and follow-up.
  • Utilize internal systems to identify daily tasks, schedule calls, log customer information, monitor sales results.

  • Number of inbound calls managed in a period.
  • Formulate and develop bid and booking packages for sales team.
  • Efficiency/accuracy with which inbound & outbound calls are processed.
  • Monthly sales reports
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent customer / distributor relationships.
  • Responsible for book of business to grow account sales, develop account strategy.
  • Use available tools to understand customer needs.
  • Use Proton AI to record and report all calls.
  • Use Proton AI to Schedule & Make outbound calls that will generate sales, by providing promotional details, new product information and opportunities to customers.
  • Work with other team members in Field Sales and Marketing to maximize sales.
  • Executes outbound calls / emails to assigned accounts, with the purpose of growing sales to these accounts.
  • Develop relationships with our customers' decision makers.
  • Performs various tasks and projects to support the sales team.
  • May be assigned specific customers to strategically support field sales and develop further growth with accounts.
  • Report results to Director of Sales.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree and/or 2 years of similar industry experience
