The ideal candidate has knowledge of skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, and wheel loaders, with strong communication and negotiation skills. Travel within the territory and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in construction or heavy equipment is an asset.
• Knowledge of compact construction equipment (skid steers, track loaders, mini excavators, wheel loaders).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to maximize revenue and expand market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and networking.
• Promote Brandt's compact construction equipment to customers to increase sales.
• Negotiate sales contracts to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships for retention and referrals.
• Collaborate with Parts, Service, and Finance to provide integrated solutions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate customer status reports and opportunity tracking.
• Coordinate equipment check-ins, upfitting, and delivery schedules with Sales Coordinators.
• Complete all sales documentation, travel plans, and expense reports promptly.
