Job summary

Encore Market Engagement is seeking a part-time Sales Representative for the Thornhill territory in Ontario. You will identify business development opportunities, build strong retail relationships and drive sales for a portfolio of consumer packaged goods brands.

This role blends sales, merchandising and relationship management in a fast-paced retail environment. You will work 15 hours per week, with travel to retailers, set up displays, manage promotions and track territory performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, ideally in territory sales and merchandising in consumer packaged goods.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong relationship-building, selling and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Encore and the brands you support professionally to retail customers.
• Establish territory goals with your Manager and develop strategies to meet targets.
• Build customer relationships and act as trusted advisor to retail accounts.
• Introduce new products and promotions and secure orders and allocations.
• Ensure shelf tags and planograms align with retailer listings and displays.
• Support product availability through merchandising and inventory checks.
