Ferring+You

As a key contributor to Ferring’s success, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue by managing a defined business territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with targeted healthcare professionals (HCPs) within the therapeutic area of gastroenterology, serving as a dedicated Territory Business Manager (TBM). Your role involves promoting and detailing assigned products to meet business objectives, gathering field intelligence, and collaborating closely with the Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Business Intelligence teams.

Your day at Ferring

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive territory account plan.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Ensure optimal call frequency and coverage for assigned physicians.

  • Develop and implement Continuing Medical Education (CME), Other Learning Activities (OLA) and Office Lunch & Learn Activity plans.

  • Manage expenses within assigned budget parameters.

  • Complete timely reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) including call logs, communications, expenses, and sample requisitions.

  • Collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) and other regional team members to drive results.

  • Report product complaints and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) in compliance with Ferring Canada procedures.

  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with HCPs, providing customer service and support as needed.

  • Share field insights and collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Business Intelligence teams.

  • University degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., biology, chemistry, medicine, pharmacy) or business.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare industry.

  • Experience in gastroenterology is an asset.

  • Strong sales capabilities with a proven track record.

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Open to coaching and constructive feedback.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to manage time effectively.

  • Strong team player with high ethical standards.

  • Valid driver’s license required.

  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken), with strong presentation skills.

  • Preferred location: Montreal.
