Senior Director, Talent Solutions, Sales

Our client, a Canadian company providing materials handling equipment throughout North America, is currently seeking an Aftermarket Sales Rep for Toronto North, Toronto Central, and Toronto East.

Responsibilities
  • Drive business through discovery meetings, understanding clients' operational successes and challenges, and delivering valuable proposal presentations focused on cost savings and increased profitability
  • Identify and classify account opportunities by planning a strong pipeline and ensuring appropriate visits
  • Manage an account portfolio and develop new business
  • Familiarize with market conditions, industry, and competitor standards
  • Maintain records of potential clients, sales activities, appointments, training sessions, and expenses
  • Grow and penetrate existing accounts and identify potential customers with complex requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in an industrial marketplace
  • Experience selling into markets such as warehousing, logistics, retail stores, distribution centers, automotive, food & beverage, construction
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Driven to attain and close new business in a dynamic environment
