Crown is seeking a Senior Property Accountant to support financial reporting for our portfolio in Ontario. You will work with property managers to ensure accurate and timely statements, and assist with budgets, CAM, and year-end activities.
Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in commercial property accounting, strong Excel/Word skills, and experience with Yardi. CPA is an asset, and this is a full-time Ontario role in a dynamic real estate team.
Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually
The Senior Property Accountant reports to the Manager, and Supervisor of Property Accounting to provide reliable and timely financial reports for properties managed by CPMI on an efficient basis and provide efficient support to property managers and administrators.
