Job summary

Bunge is seeking a contract administration professional in Regina, SK to manage Canadian grain and crush contracts. The role coordinates with Trade Execution, Merchandisers, Risk, and suppliers to ensure timely contract processing and compliance.

Responsibilities include preparing export documents, managing filing, and generating reports while supporting inventory and payments. A post-secondary degree and 1 year in export logistics are preferred, with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Agriculture, or Business; or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in export logistics, finance, and documentation within agriculture or financial sectors.
  • Knowledge of the Canadian grain industry is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret contract terms and corporate policies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
  • Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a diverse industry.
  • Able to manage pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Verify contract confirmations and broker notes, flagging discrepancies and ensuring compliance with trading terms.

  • Coordinate domestic and international courier logistics.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts and grain shipments.
  • Generate regular and ad hoc contract management reports.
  • Support inventory tracking and reporting for overseas elevator stocks, including invoice and payment processing.
  • Assist with invoice coordination and approvals with Trade Execution and Commodity Accounting.

Education

A Day in the Life:
