Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all visitors in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
• Register guests and traffic in HubSpot CRM accurately and promptly.
• Answer and direct telephone calls professionally and take messages when required.
• Ensure the sales centre reception and presentation areas are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist the sales team with general administrative and organizational tasks.
• Monitor and maintain office and kitchen supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Assist with preparing the sales centre for events, presentations, and weekend traffic.
• Maintain marketing materials, brochures, and presentation displays within the sales centre.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
• Support the overall team atmosphere through professionalism, positivity, and collaboration.

About the Role:

The Sales Host plays an important role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting the daily operations of the sales centre. The Sales Host creates a welcoming and professional first impression for all visitors while supporting the on-site sales team with guest registration, CRM data entry, sales centre presentation, and general office support. This is a temporary part-time position, with an anticipated duration of approximately fourteen (14) months.

This position will support all of our sales centre sites and will require travel between sites as needed.
