Desjardins Group is hiring a temporary office work and operations agent to provide administrative and operational support for up to 12 months. The role involves data entry, reporting, and process improvements across the unit, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

You will interact with English- and French-speaking partners and clients, contribute to data quality, and help optimize tools and systems while pursuing initiatives in line with guidelines.

Qualifications

• Trade school diploma in a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of French is required.
• English proficiency is required due to role duties with partners and tools.
• Acts with equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility in mind.

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of the unit's administrative business processes.
• Perform analysis and produce or revise reports and statistics.
• Carry out administrative, operational and quality controls.
• Provide support to users in the use of tools and systems.
• Handle data entry, extraction, processing, and coding tasks.
• Prepare presentations and related documents.
