Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Representative for a 4‑month term at our Edmonton cement plant. You will take customer orders by phone, email, and other channels, coordinate deliveries with carriers, and resolve delivery issues while maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work independently on-site.

Qualifications
