About the Role
The Human Resource Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role involves managing employee inquiries, maintaining personnel records and the HRIS platform, coordinating recruitment efforts, participating in interviews, completing reference checks, and facilitating the onboarding and offboarding processes. The HR Assistant also assists in implementing HR programs and initiatives to support a positive work environment. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to confidentiality are key attributes for this position.
Position: Temporary Full-time, 35 hours a week until return of incumbent
Compensation: $30.66 - $35.96 per hour
