Good Shepherd Centres is hiring a Community Mental Health Worker to support residents in our 24-hour housing program in Niagara Falls. You will provide one-to-one support, practical guidance, and advocacy to help residents achieve stability and wellbeing.
You will work within trauma-informed, harm-reduction frameworks, coordinating with partners and contributing to program evaluation and quality improvement efforts.
Hours:Flexibility to work a rotating 12- hour schedule.
Rate of Pay: $29.75/hour - $34.30/hour (Starting salary will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity, and market conditions)

Good Shepherd Is seeking to fill 1 Community Mental Worker positions for our 24-hour supportive housing program in Niagara.
As a Community Mental Health Worker, you will extend our mission by working with supportive housing residents living with the challenges of mental illness, substance use, and a history of homelessness. As a member of a multi-disciplinary team, you will help tenants maintain stable housing, develop independent living skills and foster a sense of community and belonging.
