Job summary

S I Systems is seeking a Telecommunication Operations Project Manager to oversee multiple projects within Grid Telecom Operations. Responsibilities include end-to-end program coordination for software/hardware upgrades, office renovations, and change management.

The role is an eight-month contract, part-time, with a hybrid work arrangement in Burnaby or Langley. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in program and project management across software and hardware upgrades, and experience coordinating

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years experience in program and project management/coordination of all end to end activities for projects/initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leading delivery teams through design, planning, delivery and troubleshooting to drive progress.
• Work with TDSO capital framework and understand business requirements and scope to be delivered.
• Lead procurement, PoC, implementation, testing and verification milestones.
• Establish schedules, RAID logs, financial trackers, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with business and vendor teams, set agendas, capture actions and follow up.
• Ensure delivery aligns with strategy, schedule, budget and scope.
• Transition to operations and completion acceptance documentation.
