This role requires expert-level experience with Avaya Communication Manager (CM), System Manager, and Session Manager. Responsibilities include managing all functions for CPE Telecom projects such as executing service moves, adds, changes, and disconnections. You will coordinate telecom processes, monitor PBX system performance, and assist in translating user needs into effective communication solutions. Additional duties include correcting PBX alarms, replacing malfunctioning equipment, developing upgrade plans, supporting budget and emergency planning, installing hardware/software, setting up user accounts, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining relationships with service providers.

Required qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include Avaya technical certifications and training in network design and management.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $85,841.60 to $160,680.00, depending on experience, education, and credentials.
