Skills and Responsibilities:

1. Good experience in telecom network Business Process transformation and automation (Access Networks, RF 3G, 4G, 5G, Microwave, Transport, IP/SDH, OSS/BSS).
2. Experience of leading multiple transformation projects preferably in networks/OSS space.
3. Experience in consulting, process optimization, streamlining and transforming business process.
4. Advanced Word, Excel, Visio, Lucid charts, JIRA, Confluence and PowerPoint skills.
5. Business Process documentation: flow charts, Swim lanes, use cases, ERD.
6. Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Provide creative input on projects across a range of industries and problem statements.
8. Identify, design, and implement automated solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and improve customer experiences.
9. Analyze current processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
10. Develop and implement automation strategies and solutions.
11. Streamline workflows to reduce manual tasks, minimize errors, and improve efficiency.
12. Guide Development teams to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical requirements translation.
13. Streamline user stories and lead automation use case development, testing, UAT and Deployment.
14. Help identify and implement cost-saving measures through automation.
15. Develop working relationship with client analysts/managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner.
16. Collaborate with senior project delivery consultants to identify key findings, prepare effective presentations, and deliver recommendations to clients.
17. Independently identify issues in defined area of analysis, and structure and synthesize own analysis to highlight relevant findings.
18. Lead internal and client meetings, and contribute to project management.
19. Be a design and technology thought leader on existing and emerging technology trends.
20. Structure presentations, documentation, request for proposal responses, and other collateral.
