Job summary

twentysix is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead governance across telecom engagement, building program plans and RAIDD logs while aligning with client priorities. You will manage complex priorities with structured thinking and creative problem solving, applying agile and lean methods to ensure transparent reporting.

You will lead cross-functional delivery teams, coordinate with design, engineering, QA and product, surface risks early, and act as the primary client contact at all levels.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in project or program management, with at least 3 years in telco.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
• Proven track record delivering digital telco projects, preferably in LATAM
• Experience with Jira/Confluence, Google Workspace, Notion, Smartsheet
• Experience with agile and lean delivery methodologies
• Proven track record managing programs involving digital transformation, business process optimization, or organizational change
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills — able to translate complexity for both technical and executive audiences
• Strong client-facing skills and experience managing expectations in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and resources simultaneously without sacrificing quality
• Nice to Have: Telecommunications Engineering Degree
• Experience in consulting, agency, or professional services
• Professional certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or SAFe

Responsibilities

• Develop, define, and lead oversight and governance mechanisms for various workstreams across the engagement
• Build and maintain program plans, schedules, RAIDD logs, and performance reports aligned with client priorities
• Manage complex, competing priorities with structured thinking and a high degree of creativity
• Apply agile and lean methodologies to ensure successful management and transparent reporting of initiatives
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams (design, engineering, QA, product), establishing clear strategies and milestone plans
• Drive priorities and task assignments aligned with overall program objectives
• Navigate teams through technical and organizational challenges, applying proven PM principles
• Act as a primary delivery contact for client stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives
• Partner with client account managers to understand business needs and translate them into actionable delivery plans
• Proactively surface risks, dependencies, and blockers before they impact delivery
• Ensure client expectations are consistently met and exceeded throughout the engagement
• Establish and maintain project management processes across all workstreams
• Develop resolution plans when delivery challenges arise, escalating appropriately and swiftly
• Ensure deliverables meet scope, quality, and timeline expectations before handoff or release
