Job summary

Collabera seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee TELUS delivery teams and align with the B2B omni-channel customer experience vision. You will coordinate across channels, manage delivery milestones, and drive an integrated roadmap from planning through execution.

You will report to the Program Director and lead cross-functional teams, balancing scope, timelines, and risks while ensuring quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Delivered large-scale IT projects within an enterprise organization.
• 10+ years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated delivery roadmap, schedule, risk log and document control.
• Coordinate across delivery teams and ensure alignment with omni-channel vision.
• Influence teams on scope, process and technology changes.
• Identify risks, dependencies and escalations; manage risk action logs.
• Provide updates to stakeholders and facilitate regular status meetings.
• Capitalize on vendor relationships and lead PMs on OPO projects.
• Mentor and guide other PMs.
