Job summary

TELUS Digital is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead our SmartHome initiatives. You will shape and drive the roadmap, partnering with Product Development, Engineering, and business teams to deliver impactful software features that power next‑gen smart home experiences.

In this role, you will manage priorities, stakeholder expectations, and cross-functional dependencies while championing agile delivery and technical excellence across programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, consumer-facing programs in an agile environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with cloud environments and microservices design/delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SmartHome roadmap and delivery commitments from planning to deployment.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Engineering to translate feature requests into actionable work.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, scoping, prioritization, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.
• Align teams to improve roadmap efficiencies and program delivery across boundaries.

Your Role:

As our TPM, you'll be the driving force behind our most ambitious SmartHome initiatives. You won't just be managing projects – you'll be a key player in shaping the future of our business. Your expertise will directly contribute to building and driving our SmartHome roadmap, pushing the boundaries of what's possible.

In this role, you will:

• Work closely with Product Development and Engineering teams on delivery of feature requests from prioritization to design to test and development
• Manage relationships, stakeholder communication, and cross-team dependencies, including scoping, planning, prioritization, escalation, capacity planning, and cross-functional alignment
• Partner and collaborate with product, technology, business, and cross-functional partners to support business objectives through plan definition management, delivery management, proactive resolution of project risks/issues, and cross-functional roadmap efficiencies
• Drive cross-functional technical initiatives by aligning teams on strategies to drive technical delivery and program management

What you bring:

• 3+ years of experience managing complex, consumer facing programs working in an agile environment on Software development projects
• Able to clearly and succinctly communicate with all levels of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a cross-functional environment
• Demonstrated skills and experience managing software development leveraging agile/scrum methodologies while driving clear action and ownership
• Forward, proactive, and strategic thinker with the ability to think outside of the box
• Preferred experience managing projects in cloud environments including Cloud Platform microservices design and delivery, hardware/firmware platform integrations, and automating processes
