Job summary

PwC Canada is seeking a Manager in Technology Strategy & Transformation to lead technology-enabled business transformations, guiding enterprise architecture and target operating models for government, public sector, and commercial clients.

You will work with senior clients to align technology investments with business goals, manage cross-functional teams, and drive architecture governance, cloud strategies, and agile delivery across large programs.

Qualifications

• Extensive Enterprise Architecture delivery across business, data, application, and technology domains.
• Experience leading architecture governance and roadmaps.
• TOGAF 9/10 certification or equivalent required.
• Strong communication with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in target operating model design and agile delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs with enterprise architecture methods.
• Act as EA SME across architecture domains.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop talent.
• Support business development initiatives and client proposals.
• Advise on project direction and resource planning.
• Present complex architectural concepts to senior executives.
