Qualifications

5+ years leading cross-functional agile product teams.
5+ years as software architect delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
2+ years applying UX/design thinking approaches.
4 years defining and communicating solution architecture for large-scale systems, including integrations and modernization.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture for government digital services across multiple projects.
Develop architectural plans with citizen-centered design principles and technical standards.
Mentor team members and communicate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Review and contribute to code changes and prototypes to align with architectural vision.
Guide iterative delivery with architecture-led decision making across releases.
