Job summary

What you’ll be doing: (This changes with the job)

  • Provide support mapping controls, documenting control processes, creating report s. Assist in building out power apps and support Controls Assurance Risk Governance Team through maintenance of technology related processes, controls, or power apps .
  • Independently analyze and design control processes .
  • Review, document, report, and implement new or enhancement to technology processes, controls as directed.
  • Sup port , advise, and participate governance documentation .
  • Participate in Technology and Enterprise Risk Management projects as assigned.
  • Act as a Control Specialist that maps, design controls .
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring: (This changes with the Job)

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with control process mapping, process documentation, and governance practices.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts, reporting requirements, and control designs into clear, simplified, and well‑documented processes.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess moderately complex issues, evaluate alternatives, and recommend practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with incomplete or loosely defined information and apply sound judgment to drive outcomes.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on implementation activities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to collaborate across teams, build relationships, and navigate differing perspectives.
  • Open to feedback, committed to continuous learning, and focused on contributing to team success.
  • Adaptable and responsive in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities and business needs.
  • Previous experience in Technology Operations, Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Control Process Mapping, Governance Documentation, Risk Management, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

The hourly compensation for the role starts at $22.50 per hour and will increase based on factors including but not limited to, skills, education, experience, and the recommended rates as set by the respective educational institution.
