Overview

We are seeking a Technology Mergers and Acquisition Operational Analyst to lead PMO and operational efforts in supporting global integrations into Gallaghers technology infrastructure.

Gallagher's Technology M&A team plays a crucial role in the integration and optimisation of technology systems and processes during mergers and acquisitions. This team is responsible for ensuring that technology assets are effectively aligned with Gallagher's strategic goals and operational requirements.

This role demands expertise in finance management, resource planning, governance, and risk management.

We offer hybrid working model and the team are spread across the UK so we are open for applications from any location.

How you'll make an impact
  • Implement PMO governance and controls.
  • Manage project lifecycles and stakeholder relationships.
  • Analyse information and interrogate data effectively.
  • Track and report on financial management.
  • Manage change requests and understand technical IT projects.
  • Support project managers with governance documentation and BAU transitions.
  • Oversee risk and issue management.
  • Maintain project milestones and create reports and dashboards.
  • Plan resources, including burndown management.
About you
  • Previous experience gained working in Technology/IT Project Management in a PMO position.
  • IT/Technology Mergers & Acquisition experience is required for this role.
  • Relevant industry experience with a proven PMO delivery track record.
  • Solid understanding of IT project support AND PMO governance expertise is essential.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Project.
  • Excellent financial tracking and reporting skills.
  • Experience with online project management tools (e.g., Planview).
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK.
