PCL Constructors Inc. in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Construction Technology Analyst to join our team.

The role focuses on resolving user issues, supporting district sites, and delivering technical training while ensuring optimal operation of servers and tools across projects. You will log problems accurately, collaborate with teammates, and help drive improvements by identifying opportunities and providing implementation support for corporate initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in computer technology or a related discipline.
• 5 years of progressive experience in a related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Intermediate problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work and delegate simple tasks.
• Results-oriented and able to drive deadlines.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies an asset.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
• District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
• Creates and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
• Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
• Accurate and timely logging of problems, and resolutions to problems, in problem-management database.
• Assists other team members with technical issues.
• Actively seeks out issues, problems, and opportunities, and creates solutions.
• Solicits feedback from operational project teams to identify innovations, challenges, and issues.
• Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
