  • Map current- and future-state business processes, identify gaps and recommend practical improvements.
  • Develop clear business flows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting documentation for technology initiatives.
  • Maintain Jira boards, project plans and status updates so stakeholders have an accurate view of priorities, dependencies and progress.
  • Support the development of technology roadmaps, capacity plans and long-term system and software integration goals.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams operating across Scrum, Kanban and waterfall approaches to help ensure solutions meet agreed requirements, timelines and quality expectations.
What You Bring
  • You are currently completing the third or fourth year of an undergraduate STEM program at a Canadian university and are available to work full‑time for the Winter2027 term.
  • Working knowledge of cloud computing platforms and the tools and practices that support continuous integration and delivery of business applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear requirements and process documentation.
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills; you can work confidently with both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A self‑directed, collaborative approach: you establish priorities, learn quickly and deliver quality work under tight timelines in a dynamic environment.
  • Although not required, you have some familiarity or previous experience with the following:
  • Exposure to Agile Scrum or Kanban delivery models.
  • Experience with business process analysis, re‑engineering, process mapping or requirements documentation.
  • Familiarity with structured delivery methodologies, including waterfall and Agile, and with preparing specifications or feasibility studies.
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar work‑management tools.
  • Foundational programming experience in Python or Java.
