Your Mission

1. Process Canadian, US, and International payroll for various locations.
2. Validate payroll data before transmission and upon receipt for each pay period.
3. Run payroll-related reports.
4. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll.
5. Manage year-end processes for Canada, the US, and other countries.

Your Expertise

• Minimum five years’ experience in payroll processing.
• College diploma in accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• CPA certification is an asset.
• Experience with US payroll is an asset.
• Fluent in French and English with the ability to work independently.
