Job description

Under the supervision of the Billing Area Manager, the technician will bill major accounts and all others. He/she will validate the accuracy of rates according to agreements, analyze revenues at month-end, and provide support to operations.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, day shift, 40h/week

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

1. Invoice customer accounts;
2. Validate billing transactions against the operating system;
3. Analyze transactions;
4. Meet customer and agreement deadlines;
5. Provide support to operations on billing issues;
6. All other related tasks.

In order to join Groupe Robert's team, you must have:

• 3-5 years billing experience;
• Bilingualism required (oral and written);
• DEP in accounting or related field (an asset);
• Proficiency in Office suite;
• Thoroughness and attention to detail;
• Sense of initiative and autonomy;
• Knowledge of the distribution industry (an asset);
• Analytical skills.
