Job summary

Medline Canada is seeking a Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair on-site dental equipment, support equipment installations, and promote maintenance contracts. The role emphasizes rapid service, accurate problem diagnosis, and adherence to manufacturer specifications, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 years of repair experience and relevant mechanical/electrical skills.

Qualifications

• Certification in dental equipment repair is an asset.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in equipment repair.
• Experience in mechanical, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic and/or plumbing work.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair on-site dental equipment and support installation.
• Provide timely service, document issues and repairs, and communicate with sales and service coordinators.
• Sell maintenance contracts and ensure equipment meets manufacturer specs.
• Maintain a safe, respectful work environment and participate in ongoing training.
