Germain Hotels is seeking a multi-skilled Accounting Technician to join our Finance team. This versatile role will collaborate with hotel and restaurant teams and the accounting group to keep financial operations running smoothly.

The successful candidate will handle accounts receivable, credit investigations, reconciliations, and support in accounting procedures. A college diploma in Hotel Management or Accounting is required, with bilingual English and French proficiency.

Qualifications

• A college diploma in Hotel Management or Accounting and Management Techniques (or equivalent).
• Experience in a similar position is an asset.
• Knowledge of hotel software, such as Opera and Symphony, is an asset.
• Advanced level of oral and written French and English, due to the nature of the tasks, work tools or interactions with English-speaking colleagues, partners, suppliers and customers.
