Capilano Audi is currently seeking a Service Technician.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance and advanced repairs on customer and dealer vehicles
• Ensure high-quality workmanship by following repair procedures and conducting quality checks
• Adhere to workshop health and safety practices
• Accurately record work times on tickets at the start and end of each shift and for each job
• Road test vehicles before and after servicing
• Inform the service advisor if repairs exceed estimated timeframes
• Use seat covers and floor mats in customer vehicles to maintain cleanliness
• Notify the advisor of any additional repairs, parts, or labor needed
• Complete all assigned tasks efficiently
• Document all repairs and services clearly
• Ensure work times match the tasks performed
• Follow manufacturer warranty policies and dealership guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shop
• Work efficiently to meet productivity goals
• Maintain a professional, polite, and helpful attitude
• Perform additional sales requests on vehicles as needed
• Obtain Service Manager's signature for warranty add-ons
• Strive to meet or exceed productivity and efficiency targets
