Dilawri Group is actively searching for a Licensed Service Technician to join the team at Agincourt Mazda in Toronto, Ontario. You will perform repairs and maintenance following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines while collaborating with service advisors to communicate recommendations to customers.

The role requires 3+ years in a fast-paced environment, a valid 310S license and a valid G license; dealership and brand knowledge is beneficial.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced environment with automotive service.
• Valid 310S license and current G license.
• Dealership and brand knowledge is beneficial for service operations.
• Strong diagnostic ability and understanding of automotive technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication with customers and team members.

Responsabilités

• Perform repairs and maintenance services following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines as assigned.
• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform the repair.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify all vehicles for warranty coverage prior to performing warranty repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicle technology, and repair techniques
• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Formation

3+ years in a fast-paced environment

Valid 310S license

Valid G license
