Dermapure in Canada is seeking a client-focused consultant to greet clients, assess needs, and craft personalized treatment plans across its medical aesthetic services. You will engage clients with professional guidance and help them choose suitable skincare solutions.

The role involves follow-up on consultations, driving product sales, scheduling appointments, and contributing to clinic statistics while supporting daily administrative tasks. Bilingual English and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare or related industry.
• Proven sales and client relationship skills.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Able to identify client needs and recommend treatments.

Responsibilities -

• Greet customers during consultations and draw up appropriate treatment plans;


• Follow up on customer consultations;

• Make product sales to support customers in their medical process;


• Schedule appointments and drop off customers following consultations;


• Prepare consultation statistics report for management;


• Make yourself available to help the clinic with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications -

• Previous experience in the medical aesthetics, skincare, cosmetic, or related industry is required.


• Proven sales experience, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.


• Diploma in aesthetics (an asset);


• Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written).


• Confident in consulting with clients, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate treatments and products.


• Self-motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain excellent customer service.
